Basic manu in Base Phase on everyday at 1hour or so
10min warm up under 150W
20min x2 work out at FTP or so
interval rest from 2 to 4 min depending on your present power output
(extra 15min rest and 15min aero form)

JAN-MAR: ベース練。2か月で20min x2 200W程度 -> 260W弱までアップ後、1か月程低迷。
